Hola peeps 👋🏽👋🏽👋🏽 Greetings from the Garden State in my new tiny ass kitchen (TAK). Don't usually post anything personal but wanted to give a life update since some people still reach out and ask if I'm still baking. The short answer: yes but I'm still adjusting to the new space.
New and improved Brown Butter Toffee Chocolate Chip Cookies. I've been yearning for a crispy, buttery choco-cookie for a very long time. Don't get me wrong, old recipe was equally delicious but more cakey than I would of liked. After a bit of research and a little science, I finally did it fam. They. Are. So. Frickin. Good. You get a buttery crunch, caramel chew from the toffee and fudgy dark chocolate in one bite.
